To celebrate the launch of its staking service Singapore-based cryptocurrency exchange BitMax has unveiled two promotional events that will run for a period of 7 days until April 24th, 10:00 p.m. EDT. Here’s what’s on offer:
Event 1: Stake Tezos (XTZ) and Cosmos (ATOM) for 20% Annualized Return
The first 3 million Tezos (XTZ) tokens and the first 3 million Cosmos (ATOM) tokens that are staked by users during this promotional period will receive a staking reward and bonus that amounts to an attractive estimated annual yield of 20%!
This is very much on a first-come-first-serve basis, as the moment the number of staked XTZ or ATOM tokens exceeds 3 million respectively, the extra staked portions will NOT become eligible for the bonus portion (and will only receive the staking rewards portion).
Event 2: Stake Tezos (XTZ), Cosmos (ATOM) & KAVA to Qualify for 20% Annualized Return on Bitcoin
To be eligible users will need to subscribe to Bitcoin (BTC) on the BitTreasure platform of BitMax whilst staking XTZ, ATOM or KAVA. Doing this will entitle users to an additional 8% annualized bonus return on their Bitcoin (on top of the 12% estimated APR), taking the total up to an estimated annual yield of 20%.
The 8% annualized return will be calculated and distributed by May 8th, 12:00 p.m. EDT. Users cannot withdraw their Bitcoin (BTC) from the BitTreasure platform before the maturity date except in certain unforeseeable emergencies subject to the platform review.
